By placing an Auto Classified Ad at UsedCarSale.com, you agree to pay the fees specified for the listing, regardless whether or not the vehicle sells as a result of the listing. UsedCarSale.com can not guarantee the sale of any vehicle advertised on UsedCarSale.com, and does not offer any refund for a vehicle not being sold. There are many determining factors in selling any used vehicle, such as, the age of the vehicle, the mileage of the vehicle, the condition of the vehicle, and the demographical and market demand of the vehicle. These are all factors a seller needs to consider before advertising a vehicle for sale at UsedCarSale.com. UsedCarSale.com will offer a full refund in the event of a Classified Ad being cancelled for what ever reason, as long as the Classified Ad is cancelled with 24 hours of being posted. UsedCarSale.com must receive an email notification from the seller confirming the seller’s intent on cancellation. UsedCarSale.com will then refund the price of the Classified Ad.
